Refunds after return - Item condition:
If you wish to return an item, we will only issue a refund if the item meets the following conditions:

The item must not be personalized. Exchanges and returns are not possible for personalized items.

The item must be new, with no signs of use.

It must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you, with all labels attached.
If the returned item does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund. The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and you must provide a valid proof of purchase.
We do not cover any costs associated with the return, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
